Be Kind

In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

Love the message behind this, but I'm not sure it works with littles.

At least not without a little extra explanation.

I see a lot of posts online saying to “just be kind”, but for children this is an abstract word. Here are a few tips to help littles learn what it means to be kind. I thought these may be great words to teach children at the beginning of the school year because so many of us talk about kindness in our classroom norms/guidelines. If you are a parent or work directly with families, this would be a great reminder list.
